Sinéad López, Board Member

Sinéad López (she/her) has nearly a decade of experience in the social justice nonprofit and philanthropic sector, with a focus on building BIPOC-led cultural/narrative power and infrastructure.

Her professional roots first grew in the cultural sector, and she has worked at organizations such as the Nathan Cummings Foundation, Surdna Foundation, RAE Consulting, Ballet Hispánico, Smithsonian Institution, and Dittmar Memorial Gallery. Field service includes leadership on the boards or steering committees of the Mosaic Network & Fund, NY Chapter of Emerging Practitioners in Philanthropy, and Critical Minded.

Sinéad is currently the Lisa Ellen Goldberg Fellow in Philanthropy & Public Service at NYU Wagner, where she is a full-time MPA candidate studying Public & Nonprofit Management & Policy and specializing in Advocacy & Political Action. She holds a B.A. with honors in Art History from Northwestern University.
